亞馬遜平臺中小賣(mài)家需謹慎 政策再升級
隨著(zhù)跨境電商平臺的競爭越演越烈，各大平臺上的中小老國際賣(mài)家逐漸力不從心，伴隨著(zhù)行業(yè)競爭的加劇，越來(lái)越多新賣(mài)家的入駐平臺，只感覺(jué)到舉步維艱。新進(jìn)入的賣(mài)家也并沒(méi)有感覺(jué)到平臺中的訂單紅利，而處在一種進(jìn)退兩難的地步，而且，讓跨境電商逐漸演變成國內電商。

如果只是跨境賣(mài)家之間單純的競爭，都可以通過(guò)尋找自身的優(yōu)化和產(chǎn)品的改進(jìn)方面來(lái)提升自己的競爭力，但是大家更多的壓力來(lái)自于平臺官方，比如亞馬遜在旺季到來(lái)之前凍結了一大批賬號，現在又有不少賣(mài)家收到下面的這封郵件：

— If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of the brand registration certificate, and business license or personal identity card.
— Any additional details you would like us to know.You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.

在郵件中，亞馬遜告知賣(mài)家，因為有客戶(hù)投訴賣(mài)家銷(xiāo)售的商品侵權，賣(mài)家的銷(xiāo)售權限將被移除， 如果賣(mài)家需要申訴，需要提供90天內的采購單據、發(fā)票等，如果賣(mài)家自己不是品牌商，需要出具授權書(shū)和代理合同等證明，如果賣(mài)家自己是品牌商，需要提供商標注冊證書(shū)，營(yíng)業(yè)執照或注冊人身份證等，以上材料必須在17天內提供，否則將被永久移除銷(xiāo)售權限。
面對這封郵件，很多跨境賣(mài)家既驚愕又無(wú)奈，本來(lái)用心經(jīng)營(yíng)的賬號，卻偏偏遭遇這么一遭。
但不管怎么說(shuō)，對于遭遇此種情況的賣(mài)家，還是需要認真分析積極應對的，畢竟，亞馬遜此次封號事件，在一定程度上是批量進(jìn)行的，難免有一些賬號屬于躺槍?zhuān)蛘咔楣澼p微資料齊全可以救活的。
對于正經(jīng)歷此事件的賣(mài)家，吉茂小編我能夠給出的建議就是，盡可能全面的提供上述資料，盡量真誠且詳盡的寫(xiě)明自己的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況，然后以完備的申訴資料去申訴。
對于所有的賣(mài)家，我們應該看到事件背后的深層原因，當原本以?xún)?yōu)質(zhì)可靠著(zhù)稱(chēng)的亞馬遜平臺被各種Made in China的品質(zhì)良莠不齊的貨品所充斥，當越來(lái)越多的亞馬遜老用戶(hù)開(kāi)始用腳投票出走亞馬遜，平臺祭出整頓的大旗也是在所難免，雖然在整頓難免會(huì )有錯傷，但從平臺長(cháng)遠的發(fā)展來(lái)看，這樣的措施還是必要的。
大家可能會(huì )遭遇到一段時(shí)間的受限，但是出現這種情況不能坐以待斃，要盡量申訴，而目前還沒(méi)有出現這種情況的賣(mài)家也不能幸災樂(lè )禍，整頓是波及到整個(gè)平臺，如果有任何不規范操作都可能會(huì )殃及到，提高警惕尤為重要。
對于亞馬遜來(lái)說(shuō)，整頓是必要的，只要大家誠信經(jīng)營(yíng)，遠離侵權，不刷單，用心來(lái)做店鋪，相信應該是可以躲過(guò)這次整頓的。
